BECIL, a government-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, specializes in broadcasting and IT solutions. C-DAC, a premier research and development organization under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, is renowned for its expertise in advanced computing and AI-driven technologies. The collaboration is expected to combine BECIL’s implementation capabilities with C-DAC’s technological innovation to enhance public service delivery through digitization.
